Cars 3 Road Tour Makes Two Stops in Mack Country
Greensboro, NC (April 19, 2017) – A “Road to the Races” tour promoting the upcoming Disney-Pixar film “Cars 3” is coming to Mack Country. Its exhibits and activities debuted at Disney World and will crisscross the country leading up to the premiere of the film, which opens in theaters June 16.
The tour will stop in the Lehigh Valley Thursday, May 4, at the Mack Customer Center and at Mack Headquarters in Greensboro on Thursday, May 18. In both locations, the tour will be open to the public from noon to 2:30 pm.
Among the features of the tour, the event will feature a chance to pose with Mack the Transporter and the cars of “Cars 3.” Present will be life-size models of Lightning McQueen, Jackson Storm and Cruz Ramirez. In addition to photo opportunities there will be tents with games, activities, food and giveaways from the tour sponsors: Mattel, Alamo, Proctor & Gamble/Crest, Oral B, Coppertone, Dole and NASCAR.
As well, all attendees will be able to visit the “Cars 3” mini theater featuring a sneak peek of the movie.
